We are a fast-growing recruiting startup focused on providing exceptional talent sourcing, CV evaluation, and recruitment services globally. We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing efforts, build our brand, and help us acquire clients in the U.S. market.

Role Overview:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across all channels. You will work closely with the founder to ensure that our recruiting services reach potential clients in the U.S. Your expertise in digital marketing, content creation, social media, and lead generation will be critical to the success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy to drive client acquisition for our recruitment services.
  • Manage all marketing efforts, including digital, social media, SEO, email campaigns, and content marketing.
  • Create and execute content plans for LinkedIn, company website, blog, and other relevant platforms.
  • Run paid marketing campaigns (PPC, social ads, etc.) and track ROI.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities, adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Build and manage relationships with potential clients via inbound and outbound marketing tactics.
  • Optimize the company’s website for SEO and enhance lead generation.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B environment or startup.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Expertise in lead generation, email marketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  • Experience in recruiting or HR services is a plus, but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Familiarity with client acquisition strategies for recruiting businesses.
